Let's Begin

The Board of Directors has sent to all BTC members our Problem Statement: Court Access at the BTC. This blog provides members with a way to respond to the board with feedback, new ideas, and suggestions for addressing the issue of access to the courts.

I will moderate the discussion, which means I'll try to keep the discussion on track, and I'll intervene if necessary to maintain a productive and civil tone. This blog is not meant to be a place for anonymous comments, so please use your name as your on-screen ID, or sign your name to all posts. And don't hesitate to contact me or other board members in the real world to discuss things, as well as using this blog.

If you don't have your copy of the Problem Statement handy, you can open it in another blog window by clicking on my picture in the right hand column, the one that says "about me" with my name next to it. You'll go to another page, and if you click on the Problem Statement: Court Access at the BTC in blue type (underneath "My blogs,") you'll be delivered unto the complete text.
